Full deposit back, no argument

Why do you always clean the bathroom before the floors?
Gravity decides the order. Dust, limescale flakes and spray all end up on the floor, so if you mop first you are just going to mop again. I work top to bottom in every room and leave the floor for last. It is the single biggest reason a professional clean holds up longer than a rushed one.

Is bleach really the strongest thing you can use?
Bleach whitens, it does not clean. If there is soap scum or body oil sitting on the surface, the bleach never touches the thing you are worried about. Wash the surface with a degreaser first, rinse it, then disinfect. And never mix bleach with anything containing ammonia or vinegar. That combination is genuinely dangerous in a small bathroom.

What do professionals do that most people skip?
We wait. Almost every product needs to sit on the surface for a few minutes before it does its job, and most people spray and wipe in one motion. Spray the shower, go do the mirrors and the sink, come back. The scrubbing you were dreading mostly disappears.

Does it matter which cloth I use?
More than the spray does. Microfibre lifts and traps, cotton pushes things around. Use a colour per zone so a bathroom cloth never reaches a worktop, and wash them with no fabric softener at all. Softener coats the fibres and kills the grab, which is why an old cloth suddenly stops working.

How to pay: Hand payment directly to your cleaner at the end of the visit. Ask for a written or emailed receipt if you need one.

Great for recurring commercial clients.
How to pay: Make checks payable to “Veron Cleaning Services” and leave with your cleaner, or mail to the address on your invoice.
Bank transfer (ACH)
For businesses and property managers.
How to pay: Reply to your invoice email and we’ll send our ACH/routing details so your bank can push payment directly.

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal.
