- Laundry & dishes: billed as separate jobs — not included in the base clean unless mutually agreed at booking.
- Overtime: if the clean runs longer than the agreed-upon time, extra time is billed at the service's hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
- Weekend & evening (after 5pm): +10% surcharge.
- Pets: for the safety of your pet and our team, pets must be crated or in a closed room during the clean. Free-roaming pets are not permitted while cleaning is in progress.
- Payment: online payment (card, Zelle to veron.services26@outlook.com, or Venmo to (413) 285-2229) must be set up prior to the visit. Cash or paper checks are not accepted on-site.
- Cancellation: please give at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% charge.
- Recurring discounts: weekly –15%, bi-weekly –10%, monthly –5% on standard cleans.
- Service area: Southampton, MA and surrounding Hampshire County towns. Travel beyond 20 miles may include a small trip fee.
